The starting point

A school already well equipped with AI.

  • 01

    Uses already in place

Students and lecturers were using consumer AI tools, outside the school’s walls.

  • 02

    What was holding things back

Course materials in outside tools, with no link to the school’s digital environment.

  • 03

    What the school wanted

Sovereign building blocks, integrated with its information system and approved by its steering committee.

The approach

Step by step, with the teams.

  1. Phase 1

    Scoping

Teaching needs and information system constraints.

  2. Phase 2

    Workshops

Use cases with the lecturers, integration with the IT department.

  3. Phase 3

    Pilot

Live and Studio with SSO, on a dedicated instance hosted in France by Clever Cloud, with a first group of lecturers.

  4. Phase 4

    Roll-out

Qiplim installed on the school’s own servers, for its 1,700 students.

Questions from an institution.

No: they sign in with their school accounts, through SSO. Students join live activities with a code, with no account.

During the pilot, on an instance dedicated to your institution, hosted in France by Clever Cloud, with AI served in Europe by Mistral AI. Then Qiplim can be installed on your institution’s own servers: the on-premises installation of the Enterprise plan.

Step by step: scoping the needs and the information system, workshops with the lecturers and the IT department, then a pilot with a first group.

What we experience together stays with us.

  • No account or app for participants
  • Free, no credit card
  • Hosted in France
